Private Beta Terms — draft v0.1

Working draft pending legal review. Written plainly on purpose — it reflects how the product actually behaves.
  1. Beta software. Features change and break. Service is "as is" — no uptime or outcome guarantee.
  2. Not advice. Analyses are decision support, not professional advice. Your decisions are yours. When evidence is thin, we say so.
  3. Your data. Yours. We use it to run the service — never sell it. Aggregated anonymized patterns may improve the product.
  4. Feedback. May be used to improve the product; quoted only anonymously.
  5. Your account. Keep credentials safe; you're responsible for activity under them.
  6. Access can end. For abuse or when beta ends. Leave anytime — we delete per the privacy policy.
  7. Pricing later. Beta is free. You'll get notice and a choice before anything ever charges.
  8. Liability. No indirect losses; total liability capped at 3 months of fees paid ($0 in free beta).
